If a product or service you buy from us fails to meet a consumer guarantee, you have the right to ask for a repair, replacement or refund under the Australian Consumer Law. The remedy you’re entitled to will depend on whether the issue is major or minor.
RETUNS AND REFUNDS
You can ask for a replacement or refund if the problem with the product is major.
Replaced products will be of an identical type to the product originally supplied. Refunds will be the same amount you have paid, provided in the same form as your original payment.
To return your product, you should mail your product to: PO Box 4, Gulgong, NSW, 2852, Australia.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be included from your refund so long as you are able to provide a receipt.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
