I love painting echidnas! They are so difficult and quirky and I am obviously a sucker for punishment because I keep going back for more. But there is so much you can do with them… the possibilities are endless. This certainly wont be my last echidna painting… In this limited edition fine art print based on my original watercolour painting, I have pared this cute little guy with a truly fabulous cactus in flower, so now, instead of having to curl up in a ball or bury his nose in dirt when feeling threatened, he just has to stay still and no one will know he is there. Clever hey!
Limited to only 50 editions, this fine art print is a very generous 59cm x 42cm and is printed on 100% cotton museum grade rag paper. Each print is individually numbered, embossed and signed.
