DELIVERY METHODS
Australian Customers
Depending on where the product is being delivered to and what it is determines which carrier we use. I usually go with Australia Post for most of our deliveries within Australia. Being in a rural area, delivery times may be a bit slower than our city counterparts, so please be patient. Usually your item will be with you within a week however it may take up to two weeks for some locations within Australia. If for some reason it has not arrived within that time, please let me know and I will follow it up with our delivery partner. If for some reason it is lost, depending on what it is, we will either replace it or send you a refund.
International Customers
Although all International deliveries are sent air freight, it may take a bit longer than the usual two weeks. All extra customs charges are the responsibility of the purchaser.
PayPal Customers
For all items purchased through PayPal, signature on delivery is required.
TYPES OF ITEMS
I take every care in the packaging of all parcels, whether it is a box of greeting cards, or an original artwork. I try to reuse and recycle clean packaging materials where I can, because who needs more stuff to go into landfill, but reassured they will be well packaged whatever outfit they arrive in.
Boxed cards
All boxed cards are freight free within Australia.
Fine Art Prints
All of the fine art prints are printed by a professional fine art printer in Mudgee on demand. Then they are then signed, numbered and embossed by me. This will take approximately one week from your order until they are ready to post. If you need the item sooner, please message me and I will see what I can do to speed up the process. But all good things take time, right?
The fine art prints will be sent to you rolled in a tube. When you receive it resist the urge to take the print out and roll it backwards to try and flatten it as this can damage the paper it is printed on. When you first receive your print, take it out of the tube and put it somewhere where it has room to expand and let gravity take it’s course. Also resist the urge to put heavy things in the corners to weigh it down, as this can mark the paper. Trust me, it may take a couple of days, but as mentioned before, all good things… the weight of the paper will slowly unfurl.
Alternatively, most framers will have the means with which to flatten the print prior to framing, so keep it in the tube until you deliver to the framer, unless it is going to be years from when you purchase your print.
Original Artworks
As original artworks are irreplaceable, they will be sent to you insured for the amount of the artwork, with track and trace and signature on delivery. I will send you an email with the tracking number on it, so you can watch it’s journey to you.
The original artwork will be sealed in a cellophane bag or plastic sleeve in case of inclement weather and sent to you flat encased in a sturdy folder to protect it from damage.
DELIVERY ISSUES
Although every care is taken with the packaging and posting of the item, sometimes things happen. Either there is a problem with the delivered item or it never arrives. If either of these things happen to you, please contact me so I can investigate and resolve the issue, either by sending you a replacement or giving you a full refund.
